Swim

Ages 4 to 6 - 50 yd swim

Ages 7 to 10 - 100 yd swim

Ages 11+ - 200 yd swim

Swim: The swim will be the distances above, based on age group in University Club pool. Kids are allowed to use life jackets as needed. Lifeguards and swim instructors will be present in the water to ensure safety. University Club Lifeguards will remain around the perimeter of the pool throughout the swim. 

Bike

Ages 4 to 6 - 0.75 mile bike

Ages 7 to 10 - 1.5 mile bike

Ages 11+ - 3 mile bike

Bike: The bike course will be well-marked and lined with volunteers and closed to vehicle traffic. Safety is the number one concern.  Participants must provide their own bike and helmet.  All bikers MUST wear bicycle helmets. Training wheels are acceptable. Please refrain from using scooters.  

Run

Ages 4 to 6 - 0.25 mile run 

Ages 7 to 10 - 0.5 mile run

Ages 11+ - 1 mile run

Run: The run course is on well-marked park trails and sidewalks.  There will be one aid station along the run course with water only.  Participants will finish under a large balloon arch and will be awarded their finishers medal there.

Individual Registration = $25.00

Family Registration = $50.00

Packet Pick-up is on Friday, June 1st from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the University Club

It takes the generosity, enthusiasm of a lot of people to make this race safe and fun for the kids. Volunteer & Have Fun!

Race Day volunteers are needed to...

  • Direct race traffic and cheer on kids

  • Provide water at aid stations

  • Be a qualified helper in the medic tent

  • Assist in the transition areas

  • Help at the finish line area

  • Help in the pool area

  • Help with set-up and take-down

Volunteers can sign-up alone, or request to work with a partner or part of a group. We've got a place for you!
